You will have 5 workouts a week! 

This program is 55 days and comes with strength training, and ONE day of HIIT style training!

For this program you will need dumbbells, KTBS, sleds, ski, row, barbells, assault bike (and basic gym equipment). (I also gave modifications if you only have banded in DB so you CAN do this at home!!)
