Ummm THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL FOR SURE. I started this program with literally zero confidence. I was not nice to myself at all. I whole heartedly believe this program is one of the key ingredients in becoming the best version of myself and I'm having so much fun doing it. I LOVE YOU

The meal plans have taken a lot of weight off my shoulders in regard to thinking about food and trying to figure out what to eat, how much, and when. I'm really enjoying strength training a lot more than I thought I would also!
I like being in the gym regularly, and having accountability. I still need to be completely accountable and up front with myself, in regards to getting to the gym consistently, and making sure I'm preparing meals, and also working hard in the gym and not just going through the motions
It has become my safe space mentally, emotionally and physically 🧡🧡🙏🙏
This program has helped me truly be happy again. I'm not focusing on the scale, im not cutting out complete food groups or foods that I love. Im not binging or restricting. I've found a balance with staying on track, and still enjoying a meal or 2 out with friends/family. Im very grateful for you and this program 🧡🧡
One of the things that continue to surprise me is when I admit not getting in all my workouts, or I flopped with my meal prepping, you never say any harsh, negative words to me. You don't make me feel more defeated than I already feel. You acknowledge what set me back & encourage me to go forward.......
This is my truth and I own it. I have had my ups and downs throughout this program due to self-sabotage. From lack of disciple, talking myself out of workouts, body shaming myself and the health issues I have had this year. But the one constant has been Dom. You have pushed me, encouraged me........
This program has really helped me get back into the gym and helped me with nutrition. Especially the nutrition. I was lost trying to figure out what I needed to eat and not eat in order to gain muscle and lose weight. I am also one that needs a lot of support. I was always the one in the back of the class......
This program has motivated me to get stronger and start lifting heavier. I've never lifted to get stronger and now I'm PR'ing and trying to lift more! Also this program has kept my nutrition on point 80-90% of the time! Which I would like it to be on the higher end to like 100%, but life........
This program has helped me stay on track and stay consistent! To not be afraid of eating more of the better foods that will help my body stay strong and to see that each day will lead to the results I am looking for. I have more hope than I have had in years that I can achieve my goals.......
