This is the hyrox doubles blueprint. 5 days a week of training, this comes with strength training, hyrox specific workouts & a program to help you NAIL your first hyrox!! You will have workouts that are specific to YOU & days training together as a team. Give us 12 weeks of everything you got & we will help you crush your next competition!!

My favorite part of the training so far is feeling like an athlete which is scary to me, and I think that’s why I love it. I’ve never considered myself super athletic, but I’m starting to tap into that part of myself. It’s hard—but, I love that it’s hard. The biggest challenge has been learning how to stay confident when it comes to running and lifting heavy—especially, when I’m tired, but that’s also what makes it so rewarding.
