Nutrition personalized for you and only you. Whatever your goal is, I design a meal plan for THAT goal and make sure you achieve it. You can receive your own macros and track yourself, or you can receive a meal plan. Meal plans come with what to eat and exact measurements, all you need is a food scale!

When do I get my meal plan?

Meal plans will be sent out on Friday the 20th!

When Will I get the workouts!?

How do I join the Group chat?

You will get a email with instructions on how to join the group chat! 

How will my progress be tracked?

You will send me weekly check-in photos on Fridays. I will also ask you to take down your weight, however, this is not an exact way to measure your progress for various reasons.
