8 Week Strength Training Program: Gym Version (this is a ebook, not connected to the app)

 If you are looking to build muscle, lift some heavy weights & learn about weight liftings, this is for YOU. This is a progressive overload program. Progressive overload is the same movements for a period of time to focus on building muscle, strength & perfecting the exercise. So each week you can watch yourself slowing gain strength and get better at each movement. This is a FUN, exciting workout program for anyone looking to build strength &  get uncomfortable. This is for someone who has a gym membership & has access to gym equipment. The first 4 weeks is one training block, the second 4 weeks is a different training block. So you have access to TWO different workout programs designed to build strength in this course! 

Example:

squat racks, cable pulleys , leg machines, cardio equipment! If your apartment gym has this , you can still get the gym version as well!
